This website is for Rotarians in District 5340 who facilitate, and guide student-contestants through, the district-wide 4-Way Test Speech Contest. It provides materials for both experienced clubs and those clubs wishing to learn more about getting involved. As the contests progress, it will be updated with contest information for the Sub-Regionals, Regionals, and Final. Both host clubs and those clubs sponsoring contestants should utilize this website to stay informed.
